HEY JOE WHAT ABOUT BRADLEY SCHOOL

Our State Senator Joe Crisco obtained $10,000 for New Playground at Dunbar Hill Elementary School in Hamden. That is great but while this was going on our own city was depending on parents to fix up the playground at the Bradley Elementary School. The entire political process has failed the neighborhood around the school when the Mayor and Alderman can’t even get our State Senator to do for us what he did for Hamden.This shows a lack of leadership on the part of Alderman Ken Hughes (who has the school in his ward) and Mayor Anthony Staffieri not to mention Senator Crisco who once again is taking his reelection for granted. The third ward is notorious for independence and this explains why the parents have stepped in. However if there had been any leadership in City Hall at a minimum $2,500 could have been received from the state if Crisco had worked as hard for Derby as he did for Hamden.
