IS THERE A DRUG PROBLEM

Is there drug problem at Derby High School?. We know they have caught people with more than just the garden variety joint. People have been caught with cocaine. Ye the school only brings in the police to search for drugs rather than counsel students. The police in the city do care and they are for all very approachable so why not use this gift ( which many cities do not have) and try to stem the flow of drug use before it starts? By the time the drug raids happen it is too late.
