KEN HUGHES

Board of Alderman President Ken Hughes has been a lightening rod since being elected two years ago. He has only accomplished getting his brother a low interest loan from the city for $60,000 in the name of an LLC that did not exist, placed his father on the police commission and his mother on the housing authority. To top all of this off his biggest political accomplishment has been a tough stand against dog crap and the owners of these dogs who do not clean up after them. It is obvious that this political novice who had no experience was a close family friend of the Mayor and for purpose is the Mayor. The voters need to look at what this man has not done for the city and what he has done for his family with city money and decide is he worth having around for another two years. The choice is obvious.
